This didn’t go sweetly with the Film Newscasters Association of Electronic Media (FNAEM). Apparently, they complained to Movie Artists Association (MAA) but then it is heard that the MAA president Murali Mohan downplayed it saying it was not specific towards Telugu media. Even a letter sent to producers council and to Dil Raju who is doing a film with Sidz yielded no results, as per sources.
So now, the FNAEM has approached Dasari and it is heard that the Darsakaratna is quite serious. He has reportedly spoken to Murali Mohan and demanded an apology from Siddarth. Sources also say Dasari spoke very strictly with Dil Raju and warned that if Sidz doesn’t apologise, he will make it a national issue. Dasari reportedly indicated that if the statement was not meant for Telugu media then it is insulting the National media.

A R Rahman's Tension For Money
When it comes to money, even the biggest and richest people tend to get possessed and tensed. Something like that has reportedly happened with the Chennai Mozart A R Rahman. Our sources from Chennai reveal that Rahman went through few rounds of panic, thanks to few money issues.
The Chennai source revealed “All works of the film ‘Rana’ got delayed due to ill health of superstar Rajinikanth. As a result, Rahman’s payment instalment was not cleared by director K S Ravi Kumar. But Rahman forced Ravi Kumar to pay since he had commitments.”
He added “The tension was that whether the project will happen or not as Rahman did major part of the work and he had to pay his team and other technicians. Anyhow… since the project is taking off, the producer released the payment. Even he was also tensed but now all is okay, thanks to Rajini sir showing interest in doing the film.”

One Telugu film producer gets bail, another one denied
A local court today granted bail to Tollywood (Telugu film industry) producer Ch Kalyan in two cheating cases, however, dismissed the bail plea of another film producer Singanamala Ramesh Babu in a case of fraud. Kalyan and Ramesh Babu (presently under judicial custody in a jail here), who were last month arrested by the Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department(CID) from Chennai, were facing charges of cheating, criminal breach of trust and criminal intimidation regarding DVD and VCD rights of Telugu film 'Komaram Puli', produced in the name of Kanaka Ratna Movies, owned by Singanamala Ramesh and partnered by Kalyan's Balaji Colour Labs in Jubilee Hills. The duo was also facing similar charges of "failing" to give the DVD and VCD rights of 'Kaleja' movie, despite taking amounts from the complainants, CID officials said. The XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Court, today granted bail to Ramesh and Kalyan in these two cases, CID Special Public Prosecutor Ajay Kumar told PTI. The court, however denied bail to Ramesh Babu in the case relating to a Rs 14.69-crore "fraud", committed by him, along with absconding Bhanu Kiran (who is the prime accused in the murder case of Maddelacheruvu Suryanarayana Reddy alias Suri). The court agreed to the contention of the defence, which said that both the (cheating) cases pertain to civil transactions and that Ramesh and Kalyan were unnecessarily linked to the cases. "There was no question of criminal intimidation and they were willing to pay remaining due amount," the defence counsel had earlier argued seeking their bail. However, the CID had opposed to their bail saying further investigation in the case was on and it was verifying certain documents relating to the case. If they are enlarged on bail they may threaten the witnesses and tamper with the evidence, the CID, which is investigating all the three cases, said. PTI VVK NP
Venkatesh to Remake Golmaal 3 in Telugu
Family entertainers and comedy entertainers are the two genres in which Victory Venkatesh had more luck than others. His comedy entertainers like ‘Nuvvu Naaku Nachav’, ‘Malleeswari’, ‘Namo Venkatesa’ etc were highly successful films in his career. He now seems to focus more on the genre. Buzz is that he is planning to remake the Bollywood block buster ‘Golmaal 3’ in Telugu.

Anil.R, who was shot to fame as music director with the film ‘Gamyam’, passed away in the first week of May and that was known for all.
It was told that he breathed his last due to heart failure, after a dinner at his fiancée Shalini’s residence. But almost after 2 months, shocking news has seen light today. Several suspicions lingered in the minds of family members of Anil and approached police with certain doubts. The police have taken out the buried body of Anil and carried postmortem. Surprisingly, a deep head injury was identified. And his stomach was dry and no signs of food intake were observed.
But the fiancée’s family members said that he spent time having dinner and after that went downstairs to get into the car but suddenly fallen down on Shalini’s shoulder due to heart failure.
The postmortem report is clashing with the statements of Shalini and her family members. Police started interrogation and the actual reason for murdering Anil will be known shortly. The major suspect is Shalini as of now.

Sony Television to buy ETV networks for whopping Cost!!
Indian entertainment television major – Sony Television is learnt to be buying 11 of the 12 channels of ETV for a whopping Rs 2,600 crore! Multi Screen Media (MSM) is overlooking the administration of Sony Television in India, while the parent company is in Los Angeles. Owned by Ramoji Rao, ETV channels are operating in several languages including Telugu, Marathi, Bangla, Oriya, Gujarati and Kannada among others. As of now, channels like Sony TV, SAB TV, Set Max, Sony PIX, AXN and Animax are being operated under Sony Television. However, the deal would further strengthen Sony Television in the market, thus placing it as tough competitor for the other entertainment channels like STAR and ZEE. Post-deal, Ramoji Rao will be left with only ETV2 (news channel) and Eenadu daily.
Ganesh Babu plans Pawan Kalyan – Puri Jagannadh movie
Puri Jagannadh, who was struggling as assistant director to Krishna Vamsi, got his first break as director with Pawan’s movie Badri in the year 2000.
Now, he has become one of the most soughted directors after his hit with Amitabh in hindi.
Producer Ganesh Babu was asked by PCC chief, Botsa Satyanarayana to make a political movie based on his lifestory with Pawan in lead role.
Now, Ganesh Babu has approached Puri Jagannadh to sign this project and direct Pawan Kalyan in 2012 second half.
Puri has planned Mr.Businessman movie with Abishek Bachchan in hindi and Mahesh Babu in telugu and also planned Idiot 2 with Raviteja.
But if he gets positive nod from Pawan soon, he is willing to start this movie immediately after finish Mahesh’s movie in 2012 summer.
This director – Hero combination was supposed to materialise in 2009 itself. Lets hope it works out atleast in 2012.

Rumor mills are abuzz that upcoming film of Mahesh Babu, Dookudu audio is leaked on the net prior to the release. Mahesh fans are worried to know the news as it would kill the curiosity and also might do damage to the business of the audio.
One of the producers of Dookudu Anil Sunkara condemned these rumors and said that Dookudu audio isn’t leaked. He gave assurance to fans that the audio has come out so well and nothing is leaked and will not be until the audio hits the stands officially.

Will this create two new camps in Tollywood – the young and the old, constantly clashing on everything from ideas to ideals? “I don’t know if we should consider these as camps… The young and the old may be constantly clashing of late, yes. But then it’s not like everybody senior is out there to get us young guys! Like my dad (Chiranjeevi), Venky (Venkatesh), they are all senior. They don’t bother about such things. It’s just a few guys who are picking on us. I don’t think I want to give this anymore importance than it deserves,” he quips.
After attacking Dasari on twitter, young hero is defending his remarks saying there is nothing wrong in speaking with open mind.
“I think this is time for youngsters to express their opinions. There is nothing wrong in speaking with open mind. Someone should start it. That is what is happening right now. Though my dad is a senior hero, he never got into such things. He always encouraged young talent in the industry. There are only few seniors who are constantly trying to overpower us,” said Ramcharan inspiring the young heroes and megafans.
But he has always tried to project himself as a calm natured and well behaved person.

‘Natakireeti’ Rajendra Prasad has turned 55 years old today. Hailing from a middle class family in Nimmakuru, Krishna district, Rajendra Prasad had a penchant for acting since childhood that drove him to the glam world. Allu Arjun, Trivikram movie to start in Sep..?
Now Allu Arjun will be acting in a film directed by Trivikram Srinivas and this movie is expected to start in September. This movie is being produced by Danaiah who earlier made Desamuduru and Varudu with Arjun.
The suspense over this film still prevails as the heroine is not yet finalized. However, latest reports suggest that Samantha is likely to play Allu Arjun’s love interest in this movie.
Arjun will start working for Trivikram’s film which will be a quickie unlike Trivikram’s previous films. Rest of the star cast and technical crew is not at finalized. It will be done in the next few weeks before the movie hit the sets. Allu Arjun will be playing a uber cool guy with a happy go lucky kind of attitude.
